Five functions:

• The outer gear is made of high quality 20CrMnTi/20CrMo/SCM415 material, controlled carburising and quenching, the hardness of the tooth surface is up to HRC60±2, and the tooth surface is rolled/grinded with precision of JIS 2; the tooth shape and tooth direction are trimmed to have the features of smooth running, low noise, high load-bearing torque, and low backlash;
• The internal teeth are made by multiple broaching or spiral cutting method commonly used in Taiwan and Japan;
• The input end is connected to the motor with a double-opening, double-screwed cartridge clamping mechanism to ensure dynamic balance, concentricity of the bonding surface and zero backlash power transmission at high input speeds;
• The modular design of the input shaft of the speed reducer is suitable for any manufacturer and any type of motor; the rear transition flange of the speed reducer is made of magnesium-aluminium alloy with surface treatment, which is beautiful in appearance, light in weight, and good in heat dissipation;
• All reducer models are equipped with skeleton oil seals to prevent oil leakage when the reducer is running at high speed; bearings, oil seals and other standard parts are made of international and domestic famous brand products;

Six features:

• Unique appearance design, combination of curved and straight, strong universal connection performance;
• Large motor can be matched with small reducer, when the reduction is relatively small, to meet the requirements of sufficient torque, small size reducer can be used, economical and affordable;
• Outer gears and inner rings are uniformly produced by professional enterprises in Taiwan and Japan, fully inspected and classified and assembled by Vige;
• The output and installation dimensions of the whole series of products are based on European standards;
• Reduction gears change bearing types to meet greater axial and radial load requirements;
• Gearboxes are shipped with full inspection;
