Where We Ship To?
We ship our products to almost all the countries in the world and we offer standard shipping for most of them. We have multiple warehouses in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
Where are you shipping from?
We have multiple warehouses located in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, Japan, France and China, you can choose to ship from the nearest one. We also provide Amazon free shipping for some products stocked in the US.
The shipping date will be commenced in 24 hours after we receive order(Except for Sunday).
Can you ship to my Country?
We can ship our products to almost every country around the world. If you are not sure if products can ship to your country, please feel free to contact us.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress. Please note to check your in-box or spam folder in 1 – 2 days after ordering.
How much is the shipping?
Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and warehouse. You can check the cost on every product page.

Normally there is no any tax in products prices and shipping cost. Please kindly note that STEPPERONLINE isn’t responsible for any taxes or duties.
How to modify my personal information after ordering?
Please contact us asap once you find your personal inforamtion is not correct. Normally the information can only be modified before the package is shipped.

For orders shipped from China, their weight should be under 99kg and 50kg for those shipped from other warehouse. If your order is over those limits, please contact us for shipping quote.
Only EMS can ship to Russia. EMS only accepts company orders. Please indicate the full name of the company when placing an order.
Why shipping method becomes Express instead of DHL, Fedex or UPS when the order weight is over 20kg?
When whole order’s weight is over 20kg, your order will be shipped by the most appropriate service provided by Fedex, DHL, TNT and UPS.
How much is the tax and how do I pay it?
Normally you just need to pay for tax for goods ship from China.
Express like DHL or Fedex will contact you to pay for tax before delivering and you just need to do according to their instructions. If you expect to know how much taxes you need to pay before ordering, it will be better to check with local post office or customs for import policy of your country before ordering.

Starting July 1, 2021, VAT must be collected on commercial imports in all 27 EU member states with a total shipment value under €150. Customers from EU countries have to pay VAT by yourselves for goods ship from China. For further details, please contact local post office or customs.
Why prices of products stocked in other countries are higher than those in China?
For products shipped from oversea warehouses outside of China, we have to pay tariff and taxes for them when enter into the corresponding countries. Besides, there are also considerable and long-time stock fee for goods stocked in those countries. All of the above cost will be split into product prices, which led to higher prices than those in China.
In addition, recently we add a packing fee into orders with more than 2 items shipped from Germany and the US. That will make sure that your order will be well packages in boxes to avoid losing and damage in transit.
Who need an EORI and EIN?
If you are a company who imports goods into the European Union (EU), you must provide with an EORI number. This number is valid throughout the EU. It is used as a common reference number for interactions with the customs authorities in any Member States as the below.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
US businesses need to provide an EIN that is required by international carrier like Fedex.
