1. Customs Charges, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped from warehouses in European Union, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan, taxes are included in the price.
Orders sent out from China are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the price at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Arrangement of customs clearances, payment of any duties and taxes, and all other matters relating to import of purchases into the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Especially for customers from India, Turkey, Russia, Brazil and South Africa, please make sure you have customs clearance capabilities before placing an order. Thanks!

2. Returns Caused by Customs Clearance

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to STEPPERONLINE. Once we receive your package, we can refund you for your purchase after deducting any fee for returning. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

3. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. Only if the order is not handed over to carriers, it can be canceled. If the order is already shipped out, it is not able to be canceled and we’ll confirm with you about further processing.

4. Faulty Products

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact us asap, should be no longer than 30 days. Our technical support will help you check what happened and arrange return or replacements.

5. Warranty

STEPPERONLINE guarantees the product for a period of ONE YEAR after delivery.

Warranty Solutions Include: Repair, Replace products or parts, Refund, etc.

Warranty Includes: Product Defects, Performance Degradation or Function Loss During the Normal Use of the Product During the Warranty Period.

If the above situation occurs, customer must provide STEPPERONLINE with email notification describing defects of products within the warranty period. STEPPERONLINE will review the problem and determine whether such defect is covered by the warranty and provide solutions according to the situation of the product problem.

The following situations will be not covered by the warranty:

1. Customer’s failure to follow manual for operating, resulting in damage to the product;

2. Minor deficiencies such as scratches, marks, small dents, or discoloration which do not affect the function of a product;

3. The product has been delivered for more than one year.

Of course, we promise a lifetime guarantee on all products. Even after the warranty period, we will still consider and explain to you the possible cost of repairing or replacing the product according to the actual situation of the problem.
